overall good, some minor issues.

the location was good near the harbour. staff members are friendly and helpful people. the rooms was very clean. it's close to the park and walking paths.
the laurel wing was like a lower quality place. the bathroom looked dingy with a sink having a crack. the tiny balcony did not even have furniture to sit on. i could also hear bathrooms from adjacent rooms.
